New work and shop location for Rubi Warren

I have exciting news to share – from 20 July, I will be opening my creative work-shop doors at Fisherton Mill in England’s historic and beautiful town of Salisbury.  The new space will be a working, walk in studio and shop where I will continue to create bespoke pieces and limited edition collections as well as repair and re-model your existing jewellery.

On visiting Fisherton Mill, I felt it was the perfect setting for my jewellery. Built in 1880 as a grain mill, the Mill is now the south of England’s largest independent gallery with onsite café & artist studios. Having celebrated its 21st year in 2015, it is a haven for discerning shoppers and foodies alike. Set over two floors the Gallery exhibits work by many leading artists, furniture makers and sculptors as well as an ever-changing array of jewellery, ceramics, glasswork and decorative items.

The award-winning Café serves delicious homemade cakes, whilst lunch is light and modern using fresh produce prepared to order with healthy choices for everyone. On fine days, you can sit in the courtyard to enjoy the sun and surroundings. Around the courtyard and on the first floor are the creative studios where you can visit me and other artists and designers at work.

The Mill is easy to get to, just two minutes walk from Salisbury Railway Station along Fisherton Street and close to the central carpark. You can be in Salisbury in just over an hour on a direct train from London Waterloo.

Salisbury also offers some great shopping and sites to make a day of it. It has one of the best vintage stores I’ve ever visited – also voted top of the charts by Vogue magazine! And you can enrich your visit at nearby historic and cultural sites such as Salisbury Cathedral and Stonehenge.

During the opening week (Weds-Saturday), there will be special offers on all orders/purchases and treats for all who visit.

I will of course be continuing to exhibit and serve my customers in London – with an additional pop-up running from 14-17 July in Shoreditch, London. I’ll be joining fellow designer-makers at 11 Calvert Avenue – open from 12 – 8 pm Thursday – Saturday and from 11 am on Sunday, closing at 5 pm.
